About Me
The loss of my father had me taking up the reigns to care for my mother and younger siblings. A few years later I got married and within a year I realised I was in a toxic marriage. 5 years later I was issued talaaq and there I was, divorced and a single parent. A year later I lost my brother which sent me spiralling into 2 long years of depression. My daughter, at 6 years old, gave me a wake up call that sent me on a quest of self-healing and a thirst for knowledge. I pulled myself together and began my journey by first obtaining a diploma in Systemic Family Counselling. Armed with a new found passion, I upselled myself and did a Certified course Introduction to Child Counselling. Not long after I enrolled in the South African Life Coach Academy and became an accredited Lifecoach and a Rapid Results Lifecoach. My journey to acquiring knowledge is not over. I am currently engaged in completing a diploma in psychotherapy. The challenges I've faced has shaped me into my most confident, authentic self that I am today.
