About Me

I am personal safety, preventative self-defense, and empowerment coach. I am also a speaker and corporate trainer.

I teach kids how to overcoming bullying and feel safe commuting alone. I teach professional women how to travel safely and how to overcome workplace harassment to demand respect and get promoted at work. My specialty is in using human psychology, deescalation, and communication skills to eliminate threats to your personal safety in your life and become a strong, successful, and empowered person who no one would dare mess with.

Here is a list of some of the skills I teach: strong body language, confidence facial expressions, strong voice, increasing self-awareness, enhancing situational awareness, how to read people, strategic communication, physical self-defense (against choke, push, pull, kidnapping, rape, etc), psychological self-defense (against being stalked/followed, verbal harassment, threats, aggressive behaviour), and strategies to increase your psychological power (self-worth, self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety/stress, overcoming past trauma).
