My name is Fairouz and I am a certified life coach, transformational coach and well-being coach. I have successfully completed my masters in positive psychology and coaching psychology and I am here to assist you on your journey of becoming the truest, most authentic and best version of yourself.

I have successfully assisted Muslim women in reaching their goals in a way that deeply aligned with who they are. This way, they have been able to achieve long term success in both their personal and professional life. I have been on a journey of self-transformation myself, so I know exactly how it feels like to be on the other side and overcome limitings habits, feeling stuck etc. and now be able shine brighter.

Through working with me, you will learn how to connect with yourself better, increase in self-awareness and self-compassion, discover your strengths, boost your confidence and well-being, identify your values and align them with your goals, gain tools in fighting unhealthy thinking and behavioural patterns and so much more.

I use different approaches, depending on your area of focus. For example:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy/ Cognitive Behavioural Coaching: this approach will help you reframe your thoughts and mindset and help you shine brighter and rise higher to gaining a peaceful mind.

Alignment Coaching: this coaching style will help you grow and flourish in aligning your values with your desired outcomes.

Mindfulness techniques: I will take you through a series of breathing techniques which will help you reconnect with your mind and body and most importantly, the here and now.

Exploring different tools that will help you grow into your best self (best possible self interventions, gratitude tools, self-affirmation words, Strength tools etc.)
