About Me
I am a Parenting, emotional and well-being coach and counsellor who helps single mothers and families of cancer patients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a single mother of four young adults, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing work and family life, setting boundaries, and building healthy relationships. As a leader of the coaching team in the leading Children Cancers Hospital in the Middle East since 2017, I gained a lot of experience in helping families of cancer patients enhance their well-being so they can better take care of themselves and their loved ones.

I can help you develop coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and setbacks, and I can teach you how to stay calm, positive and motivated even when things are tough.

It's important to know when to say no and protect your time and energy. I can help you learn how to say no to requests that are not a priority for you and enforce your boundaries in a respectful way.
Enhancing well-being:
I can help you create a lifestyle that supports your physical, mental, and emotional health. I can also teach you how to balance work and family life, manage stress, cope with grief, and build strong relationships.
Accept and love yourself:
You are worthy of love and happiness, just as you are. I can help you develop self-acceptance and self-love. I have learned to love myself for who I am, and I can help you do the same.
Express yourself respectfully & nonviolently:
Effective Communication is key to any successful relationship. Its important to be able to express yourself in a way that is respectful of yourself and others, even when you disagree. I can help you develop effective communication skills to express your needs and emotions in a healthy way.
Acquiring new Parenting tools and skills:
Parenting can be challenging, but it's also one of the most rewarding experiences in life. I can help you develop the tools and skills you need to be a successful parent. I have learned a lot about parenting over the years, and I can share my knowledge and experience with you.
I offer individual and group coaching sessions, and I also provide online resources and support groups. If you are a single mother or a caregiver of a patient with long-term illness who is looking for help overcoming challenges and achieving your goals, I would be honoured to work with you.
