My name is Dr. Nehal Elkoshairy, I'm a Canadian Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, Mindset and Self love who happens to be originally a dentist, researcher and associate lecturer;) My passion is to support your journey to eat healthy, lose weight, get active, feel amazing!

I have developed and simple and effective strategy to help my clients reach vibrant health. It always starts with basics: food, blood sugar management, digestion, elimination, exercise, medical checkups, supplementation if needed, stress management and sleep routines. Once your work on all these aspects, your health improves drastically, and you feel ah-mazing!

I have a masters Degree of Science in the field of alternative medicine and toxicology from Ain- Shams University, Egypt.

Even though I loved the field of research and education, I was always intrigued by health and wellness. I tremendously enjoyed teaching at the university for many years, yet I always felt a passion to pursue a career as a nutritionist, and I did!

In 2017, I moved to Canada and received a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition. Holistic nutrition means looking deeper into the root cause of disease and ailments and solving the problem from the ground up. I studied a variety of interesting topics including preventative healthcare, psychology of disease, sports and nutrition, human symptomatology, Ayurveda and Herbal Medicine to name a few.

I dont believe in severe calorie restrictive diets that leave you feeling hungry and anxious. This leads to a loop of yo-yo dieting and frustration. Instead, Its better to create healthy eating habits together with an active lifestyle. I embrace the 80/20 rule, which means eating a structured whole foods health meal plan 80% of the time, while 20% you allow yourself to indulge in treats mindfully.

Since 2017, I have served thousands of clients offering nutrition and weight loss programs, emotional eating coaching, digestive support, detoxes in addition to nutritional support for specialized cases of IBS, thyroid and auto-immune conditions.

In order to offer my clients an exceptional coaching experience, I also received a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) (2021) as well as a Certificate in Health Coaching (2022). This added an extra dimension to my practice which is stress management from a holistic and nutritional perspective.

In addition to online consultations, I also offer group coaching, online courses, journaling for success programs, TV features, corporate wellness programs and guest speaker in podcasts, wellness retreats and more.
