My name is Dr. Anila Khan. I am a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Speech & Language Therapist and a Neurodivergent Therapist. I am working since 2011 with children and adults. I am trainer and also working for Mental Health Advocacy. I am Autism Expert & work for Autism Advocacy.I am also taking training for Trauma in gestalt therapy.

I have vast clinical experience in working with children and family. With children i am using provide services of Speech Therapy, Behavior Therapy. Sensory Integration Therapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy. I work with parents to help develop skills such as self help personal and self help general skills included basic skills important to perform age appropriate activities. I also work on child socialization and academic skills through remedial therapies. I provide assessment, diagnosis, report and IEP for the child and work with parent and school to implement that too.
With Adults i am focusing on here and now approach. I work on holistic approach as an eclectic approach toward therapy. I have training in Psychotherapy.

It all depends on the nature of the problem, type of problem and for how long that person stays in that problems.
some time people encounter psychological problems, let says Depression and Anxiety due to losing job, so that person needs supportive therapy. if a person can not perform in job, then i will work on re-educational therapy. and if the person get that job, perform better in job after gaining skills, but still he can not get out of their depression or other mental health problem then we need to start constructive therapy to work on his personalty from basic.
The process is time taking but the effort we made toward self worth the handwork. Because i believe that Mental health matters the most and we have to start taking mental as important as physical health.
