About Me

I am Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London UK and worldwide online.

My qualification is in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London and I am registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner, offering DNA testing and highly personalised plans based on unique genetic dispositions.

I provide achievable nutrition programmes tailored to each unique situation, using practical solutions combined with evidence-based nutrition. My aim is to make nutrition accessible and inclusive so we can enjoy food from our culture, and feel our best without stress and overwhelm. I help you find the best nutrition plan for your unique needs that works around your busy lifestyle, energy levels, mobility, culture and body type. If you need help getting to the root of your symptoms, you want to manage your weight, you need nutritional support alongside a medical condition or you just want to feel more energised, these supported services are designed to help you achieve your health goals.

1:1 consultation with personalised plan (60-90 mins).

Follow-up consultation to review progress, challenges and test results (45 mins).

3 month package - includes 3x consultations personalised meal plan.

DNA testing with personalised plan (additional fee for cost of DNA test).

Before your first consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. The consultation will involve a comprehensive health assessment of your current symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. I use a thorough process of analysis to identify potential imbalances and formulate a personalised and effective nutrition plan.

The plan will include:
