About Me
Mindfulness coach and Founder of Woosh Club, brings 15 years of learning and development experience. With certifications as a Master Trainer, instructional designer, Yoga teacher 200 YTT, NLP coach. Alia also holds a green belt in lean manufacturing and six sigma, and serves as a Board member in an automotive company. Her diverse background has honed her ability to connect with different mindsets, leading to exceptional outcomes. Collaborating with top corporations, NGOs, and universities throughout Egypt, Alia has trained over 5000 trainers and 3000 students nationwide. Passionate about learning, self-improvement, and overall well-being, she founded Woosh Club to promote mindfulness and conscious living. Alia specializes in working with teenagers, youths and parents.
For the past three years, Woosh Club has successfully run an annual program for teenagers, resulting in over 75 graduates who have experienced significant improvements in social connections, concentration abilities, emotional regulation, and enhanced family connections. Alia's impactful work with teenagers has gained recognition from OXFAM, as she joins their Egypt-based acceleration program called Leap by Ahead of the Curve. Additionally, Alia has supported teenagers in overcoming self-doubt, building confidence, forming friendships, and improving their self-image. She also assists parents in strengthening communication and fostering better relationships with their teenagers.
I offer mindfulness sessions tailored to reducing stress and anxiety, as well as meditation guidance. Additionally, I provide conscious parenting coaching and specialized coaching for teens and youth. My areas of expertise include building self-confidence, promoting positive self-talk, and rewiring limiting beliefs. I am dedicated to helping parents gain a deeper understanding of their teenagers.
