Hello, I'm Aishah, a dedicated and experienced professional with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have always been passionate about empowering individuals and communities to achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being.

With a rich experience spanning 10 years, I have had the privilege of making a meaningful impact on the lives of many. Throughout my journey, I have conducted both free and paid workshops for schools and companies, consistently receiving outstanding feedback and delivering tangible results. I am also experienced in providing individual & group therapy and facilitating support groups.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I motivate my clients to take charge of their lives whilst equipping them with CBT techniques.

I have also collaborated on a spiritual counseling project within my community. I am currently working on designing my own Quranic healing program that will promote psychological well-being within a framework of Islamic teachings. I am also enrolled in an Islamic integrated Life Coaching program.
