About Me
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor working with individuals and couples in New York. I hold two masters degrees—one in General Psychology and another in Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, I am trained in object relations theory and have earned a fellowship working through the psychodynamic lens at the KIP Initiative for Psychotherapy. Currently, I am engaged with the AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) research team. Due to the profound potential that AEDP offers in facilitating healing from the onset and throughout the process, especially in addressing the sense of aloneness, I have witnessed rapid and enduring improvements in my clients. I am currently pursuing certification in AEDP through the AEDP Institute.
There is tremendous human potential for self-growth and positive transformation. I regard therapy as the best tool for fostering self-awareness, which internally supports gradual and meaningful changes to live a holistic life. My approach is interactive and collaborative. With me, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-love aimed at building a healthier inner core.
My work involves guiding individuals on this path of self-awareness and personal growth. Through therapy and moments of insight, you can achieve meaningful personal development. Along the way, there is much to learn from each other. I approach therapy through an integrated and multicultural lens, recognizing the impact of culture, race, and sociocultural constructs on our identities. If you are ready to begin this explorative journey, feel free to call or.
