About Me
My education and career pathway has always followed a deep love for humans and understanding them. My undergraduate degree was in Psychology and Sociology (Aston University-2012) after which I completed a PGCE in Social Sciences (University College Londons Institute of Education-2014). I taught social sciences at a secondary school and sixth form in London for 8 years before career changing and focusing on individual psychology by completing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology course at the University of East London (2022).
Im now a Positive Psychology Consultant for a company called Muted Healing which provides coaching services, and organizational workshops primarily. I comply with the professional guidelines of EMCC and have been awarded the Senior Practitioner Accreditation demonstrating over 400 hours of coaching and mentoring experience. My aim is to use positive psychology and wellbeing strategies to create various safe spaces for people to mute the noises that take them away from their inner, authentic voice. All my services operate from a strength-based approach, that starts with whats already strong, instead of whats wrong.
As a certified coach, I use positive psychology interventions, and a trauma-informed approach to create a space of non-judgement for clients to work through their feelings of being stuck or lost. One client said:
