About Me
Aamna Khokhar
I have over 13 years of experience in the field of Psychology, Coaching and Mentoring. I use tools from Neurolinguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Perspective Taking and Effective Listening amongst many others and each client gets a tailored approach. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the Islamic principles of integrity and compassion, as well as an unwavering focus on client confidentiality.
I explore the purpose and direction in clients lives, focus on values and help them determine how much they are living in alignment. Spiritual development is a core part of the work I do with individuals and couples. My work with couples is focusing on building connection, improving communication and exploring ways of reaching common ground to build a positive future together.
As a life and relationship coach, I focus on supporting those people with their relationship challenges and relationship goals; coaching is provided from a non-judgmental perspective, with an understanding of the Islamic framework and context that many mainstream services often lack.
I also work with the following:
Teens
Homosexuality
