My name is Aafiyah, Im a Certified Nutrition Practitioner and a member of the CANNP, a board of credible holistic nutrition practitioners. I started studying at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition after eliminating processed foods from my diet and replaced it with whole foods and soon discovered the quality of my life change drastically. Not only did I lose 25lbs in my first month, I felt more energy, my skin began to flourish, and I had more confidence in myself than ever.

Since then, it has been my mission to help others experience the lifestyle holistic wellness has to offer: More energy, balanced sugar levels, balanced hormones, high quality sleep and properly managed stress. I offer many solutions beyond nutrition: supplementation, detoxing, cleansing and lifestyle habits.
