About Me
I’m Fatima Tahira, a CPCAB-accredited, Level 4 qualified counsellor. I bring a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach to therapy, offering a safe and compassionate space for exploration and healing.
With a Master’s in English Literature and a background in teaching and translation, I integrate depth and nuance into my work. My advanced training in Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry (CI) supports a deeply relational, presence-based therapeutic process. I’m also IFS-aware (Internal Family Systems), which allows me to work flexibly with the different “parts” of the self in an integrative, respectful way.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction, and major life transitions. You don’t need to have everything figured out — therapy can be the space where your journey begins.
