About Me
I hold a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and bring experience from working with organisations such as Mind (NHS Talking Therapies) and Safer Places. I have supported various clients with mental health challenges and survivors of domestic abuse. I am now the founder of Mind and Soul Counselling and work with adults and couples from diverse backgrounds.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT and Transpersonal Psychology. I am especially passionate about supporting those dealing with narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bereavement, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
