About Me
I am committed to fostering mental well-being through a holistic and client-centred approach with a strong academic foundation in psychology, including an MSc in Applied Psychology, a Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
I have extensive experience working in both academic and clinical settings, including university-level lecturing, student counselling, and school psychology. Currently, I contribute as an Activity Volunteer at the NHS Mental Health Hospital and Brookside Young People Rehabilitation Unit, supporting individuals in their journey toward mental and emotional well-being.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a client-centred focus, ensuring that sessions are solution-oriented and tailored to individual needs. In addition, I incorporate 4th Dimension Mind Sciences, positive affirmation exercises, yoga, and meditation to help manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-esteem challenges.
I have a deep passion for supporting children and young adults, having worked extensively on parent-child relationships, behavior modification for ADHD, and screen addiction awareness. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance that empowers individuals to achieve emotional resilience and personal growth.
Whether you are seeking support for mental health challenges, behavioral concerns, or personal development, I am here to help. Lets work together toward healing, balance, and well-being.
