I am a counsellor and a psychotherapist who has worked extensively with rehab patients and conducted several counselling groups. I am a professional psychological therapist and a counselor who conducts one to one sessions. Having worked within a multidisciplinary team in the designated mental health community I have an extensive experience of case management and bio-psychosocial approaches. I conduct the screening and assessment of clients and have developed individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans according to the client's needs along with having provided psychological support and counseling services to clients and their families.
I have also managed several projects from inception to completion for ILO, UNDP, USAID, Coffey International and CWS. I have been associated with SCWEC (SAARC Women Entrepreneurship Council) as its executive member and have formerly also held the position of the Vice Chairperson in Pakistan for 2 years conducting several trainings in all SAARC Countries.
