I am a senior accredited Counsellor with the UK governing body the ACCPH. I am a level 7 certified Life Coach. I am also a qualified school teacher with +15 years of teaching and tutoring experience in outstanding schools in the UK. I have a private practice in Counselling and have a range of skills from Life Coaching to Mentoring, to offer a dynamic approach to therapy.
My approach to therapy is through a solution oriented focus and a person centred approach. We will look on the underlying factors of the client's needs, wants and desires to better understand yourself. This is done through having a better understanding of oneself and how to create goals and motivations for self improvement. This is underpinned with a focus on self growth, improvement and understanding of emotion, thoughts, feelings and how to better regulating them.
I have completed a One year Post Graduate Aalim Class Course and have taught Quran, tafseer and Islamic mentoring and youth based workshops. I have experience in dealing with Gender Dysphoria.
