Waheeda Joosab

My name is Waheeda Joosab. I help women thrive in mentality and spirituality. I am passionate about helping women to feel understood and supported. My motto, Just Dua It, is a key focus of my sessions as we are constantly nudged towards reflecting on our fluctuating spiritual levels.

In particular, I focus on internal growth and resilience-building, and I help women overcome the challenges which infidelity inevitably carries into their marriage.

I'm a mum of two, wife, schoolteacher, author and counselor. My relevant qualifications include BA HSS (Psychological Counseling) and Hons BA (Psychology), both UNISA.
