Hello, my name is Suhana. I am a qualified social worker, trainee counsellor and trainee systemic practitioner. I have experience of working with:

• Trauma
• Complex family issues
• Abuse and mental health

With an extensive experience of providing support in a range of capacities to the most vulnerable groups within society. As a trainee therapist I have developed extensive skill sets and have knowledge of therapeutic intervention.

As a trainee therapist I will work with individuals at a low cost and will only work with individuals where I feel I can offer support.

Services I Offer:

• I provide 1 to 1 Islamic well-being sessions that is centered around providing active listening, talking and providing empathic safe space for clients to talk through their worries and concerns.
