I provide 2 Coaching Packages Package 1: Steps to Success Coaching and Mentoring This is a 10 session package, 5 of the sessions are structured, and designed to help you upgrade your well-being with methods that are grounded in the principles of Positive Psychology, and scientific evidence and known to work. Package 2: Positive Psychology Life Coaching
