Transformed my career from corporate employee for 30 years to be the entrepreneur since 2020. The challenge during the transition was not easy one especially when I changed it at the same time the pandemic hit. However, I could through the transformation period build my business and continue to sustain and thrive.
I have experience as the Human Resources Services and Business Partner for 20 years in a global consumer goods company with the latest position as the HR Manager handling 3000 factory employees within six factories.
Now I am studying distance learning from Arden University major HR Management & Psychology.
I have the experience in career transition during my 30 years corporate career and do career coaching and consultation during my career as the internal coach and HR Manager.
My experience helped me build my business during the transition from corporate life to becoming an entrepreneur this knowledge helps me to understand and impact my business coaching sessions.
With the certification as Associate Coach from International Coaching Federation, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence Trainer, I believe that I could assist my coaching client during the transformation of their career and business life.
