Assalaam alaikum! I am Stephanie, an ICF certified life coach who has a passion for helping others succeed. Raising five kids taught me lessons in life of patience, determination, empowering others, and having a calm presence. I bring these qualities into my coaching sessions to allow me to be fully present with you. Allowing you a safe environment in which to express your needs and ideas and explore whatever it is that you want will be present during our session.
Besides helping you navigate any life challenges that you have, I also offer activities that help you with self-awareness. These include: finding your own personal values, needs, and wants, discovering your uniques strengths, and your own personal purpose in life.
Life gets crazy! I get it! Between work, kids, the house, errands, activities, etc. The list goes on. Although, maybe not all of these apply to you as each of us have our own personal, unique challenges, the fact of the matter is we all have areas in our lives and homes where we are not completely happy.
The good news is working with a life coach can help you get ‘unstuck’ and move forward to a life that YOU can enjoy. I work with clients to build a positive mindset.
I work with individuals that are looking to be the author of their story. All too often we let others dictate our lives, but I am here to say that you have choices, you have the ability to make the path of your journey, one that creates an authentic life for who you are. It takes time for any kind of change to become a habit. In order to do this, you need to have dedication, ambition, and most of all patience with yourself.
