Sonia Ahmad

My name is Sonia Ahmad I am a Canadian based psychotherapist, author, and human rights advocate. Although I work with all clients, my main focus in counselling has been connecting with women and girls who need support navigating social, family, and religious pressures and stressors.

I am a great therapist for providing a modern perspective, with a deep cultural understanding. In my spare time, you will find me enjoying foods from different cultures and practicing how to play the Sitar.

I have experience in dealing with Gender Dysphoria.
