Sharmin graduated with an MSc in Occupational Psychology (City University London); and a MSc in Psychology of Education (Institute of Education, University of London). She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a qualified psychometric test user in both cognitive ability and personality.
Over the last 15 years, Sharmin has worked within the field of assessment, talent acquisition, survey design and leadership development; managing global clients from the private and non-profit sector as well as from a variety of industries.
In her spare time she enjoys long walks and discovering quaint restaurants and eateries. Much of which has taken a back seat, since becoming a new mum!
Sharmin completed her coaching certification with NoorWorks (UK) in 2021. Through coaching, she supports individuals to realise their purpose and impact, to become even more successful in their work and personal life.
Further, she is dedicated to building greater connection, care, and compassion within the local, national, and global community through coaching.
