26 May 2022 at 1:52 pmI have been working successfully with Shaista for months now and we have processed various different generational traumas via family constellation that have been effecting my life today. Shaista has an amazing ability and gift to connect to the underling issues at play. I usually prefer sessions in person however due to covid I have been having online sessions with Shaista which doesn’t take away from what we can achieve and process. Online sessions actually work better for me as once we are done i am in the comfort and privacy of my home and personal space and can relax after a heavy session with lots of tears rather than worry about driving home. Over the years i have tried many therapists and techniques for healing however my sessions with Shaista have made groundbreaking healing of trauma i didnt realise were playing out in my family system.
