Sarah Khan-Bashir MBE

Sarah specialises in a range of family law matters including:
- divorce (including Islamic divorce),
- separation, child support,
- pre-nuptial agreements,
- post-nuptial agreements and
- division of property (to include high-net worth). She has a trusted network of associates dedicated to supporting divorce, including financial advisors, sharia councils, barristers and mediators.

Sarah also advises on the legal implications of religious marriages, specifically nikah, and the rights of those who whose religious marriages are not registered/protected. Sarah also provides legal services for Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Sarah is a recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Award for Law and Highly Commended by the Law Society's Excellence Awards. She was awarded an MBE in the 2014 Queen's Birthday Honours List, recognising her work with Mosaic, a Prince's Trust educational charity. In addition to her legal work, Sarah launched the SKB Law Academy to support more young people to enter the profession.
