Salam, I am Sara Shabbir, a professional Clinical Psychologist with experience of more than 6 years.
My core competencies include Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy and specialised in OCD therapy.
I am working with the different organisations like Institute of Professional Psychology, Bahria University as a Lecturer and Clinical Incharge of Umeed e Nau Clinic, Saaya Health as a consultant psychologist for Engro, Saudia Aramco, HBL,Food Panda and P&G.
I have conducted several workshops on Stress Management, Managing Anxiety and Panic Attacks and have also conducted several Mental Health Camps in Schools and Universities.
