As a doctor, a functional medicine practitioner and a hypnotherapist, I offer a 360 degree approach to female hormonal health. By addressing the root cause of disease in the mind or the body we are able to support a person to return to a state of health and well-being.
360 Hormonal Health Assessment & Strategy Session
Session 1:
- 1.5 hour strategy & goal setting session where we undertake a 360 degree review of your past and present health and the factors that influence this including a detailed assessment of your diet, lifestyle, past traumas etc.
- Recommendations on specific tests based on the above assessment & your goals.
Session 2:
- 45 min session discussing findings of the initial assessment, identifying the underlying triggers & maintaining factors of your current issues and recommendations on a treatment plan.
- Written Individualised Report detailing all of the above.
Rapid Transformational Therapy
- 1 x pre-session coaching call
- 1 x 2h hypnotherapy/RTT session
- 3 x follow coaching calls
- 1 x 20 min hypnotic transformational recording

19 April 2022 at 2:09 pmClient Follow up: “Asalam alaikum Sr. Ruqia I have noted the following observations since my rtt session for anxiety attacks in closed or crowded spaces… I have noticed subtle yet significant differences. 1) I feel calmer and at ease not anxious or on edge. 2) I get good nights sleep, but since the rtt I find I’m getting into deep sleep faster. 3) dreams 4) reduced itchiness on my arms 5) facial skin looking brighter and clearer 6) tiredness and heaviness cleared from my eyes 7) didn’t feel much hunger during the white fasts day after rtt and hunger was satisfied after eating a smaller portion than usual. 8) I’m more carefree, mindful , present, engaged in conversations with kids 9) feel more grounded and consolidated in my mind and thoughts 10) my brain feels as though its remoulding 11) I went out for my morning walk and drive the next day without overthinking it. 12) pace myself and schedule without feeling guilty/ anxious. 13) I am able to reassure myself firmly with competence when any past memories come up. 14) nibbling thoughts have tamed. 15) feeling naturally positive (not forced). 16) i feel there’s more to delve into, we’ve only scratched the surface. 17) my voice seems more pronounced, in fact it’s the first thing i noticed right after we ended the rtt session, and it’s still going strong, i usually sound drained and tired in phonecalls and voice notes.
