Nauma Shezad

I am a trained and registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling. Live in Singapore.

In working with clients, I draw on my training in CBT, a Psycho-Social Intervention that focuses on developing personal coping strategies to improve mental health, develop a vision of the future and to achieve that vision. I also offer Family Therapy which is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family.

I am a firm believer in the power to change, which is appreciated by the clients and they benefit from my ability to listen and offer effective solutions.

Services:

• Psychotherapy and Counselling:

Integrative Approach with - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Schema therapy.

My focus is on supporting clients to take small incremental steps that will allow them to overcome their difficulties in emotional and mental issues. To achieve best healing, each session is tailored for the individual client or family. As we share stories in a safe space, we learn to be open to emotional pain to bring about healing, growth and purpose.
