Hi, I am Nasima a Certified Professional and Life Coach with over 15 years of experience in HR leadership, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and embark on transformative journeys. My qualifications include a Law degree and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

My approach to coaching is holistic, considering various aspects of a person's life, and I am certified in using powerful tools like the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360), Saville Assessment WAVE, and others to support this approach. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation, upholding high ethical and professional standards in the coaching profession.
