I'm Nabillah Farooq, a Registered Holistic Health Coach. I am on a mission to help women reclaim their health and vibrancy by bringing their hormones into balance and breaking free from the dangers of processed food, sugar, and toxic chemicals.

You may be thinking, "Why hormone health?"
Because while now I'm healthy and thriving, I haven't always been. My own journey began during my teen years. I was diagnosed with PCOS and no therapy helped. There was something seriously wrong with me, but my doctor couldn't figure out what. Pain medicines, contraceptives etc – I tried it all.

I went through my own tireless trial and errors of overcoming PCOS until I found the answer in holistic nutrition and Islamic medicine. I have helped numerous muslim sisters around the globe to overcome their weight battle, sugar, autoimmune and hormonal related issues naturally with food that Allah swt created, Sunnah Remedies, Prophetic Nutrition and soothing duaas from Quran and Sunnah. This lead muslim sisters to experience the joy of fit healthy vibrant body and motherhood which in the past their doctors had said, it wasn't to happen.

I continue to teach and support muslim sisters with their weight & health issues in light of Quran and Sunnah.

I will equip you with education, tools, tips and personal support to ensure that you, lovely sisters, learn it well and understand the techniques and tools required to keep you fit for good – The Prophet's Way, In shaa Allah!
