Muhammad Sohaib Niazi

I am a passionate Muslim, a Life Coach and a Talent Management Scientist. My vision in life is to achieve excellence and to facilitate others to achieve the same. I define excellence as the process of identifying and actualizing one’s true potential to become the best version of oneself added with a balanced success in other important areas of life.
My mission is to bring positive change in society by shaping the perceptions, attitudes and behaviors of individuals in the right direction regarding personal, professional, social, cultural and religious aspects of life. Consequently facilitating people to become excellent individuals and professionals as well as true sub-ordinates of Allah to be triumphant in both the worlds.

I am also the founder of a successful life coaching programme in Pakistan (Sohaib Online - Psychologist and Life Coach) through which I have helped hundreds of individuals across Pakistan, Middle East, Europe, North America, Australia, Nordic countries and others.

My brainchild started operations in May, 2018 and since then has maintained a 5 stars rating. I have also worked with various NGOs, educational institutions and corporate organizations to train and mentor their audience across variety of life coaching areas.
