My name is Muddassir Altaf. I have been bullied, I have felt incomplete, insecure, a total failure leading to thinking of ending my life for a few serious moments. I have struggled financially leading to deep debts and I have experienced loosing loved ones. I have also battled with addiction.

I have coached clients who have been abused, experienced trauma, panic attacks, suicidal tendencies, battled with addiction, clinically depressed, anxiety issues and have lost dear ones.

I have also been a coach, leadership facilitator and mentor to young leaders, trainers & coaches in the corporate & business world. I have faced many challenges in life and business. I have also coached people through extremely difficult times and have witnessed miracles unfolding in people’s life.

I am an introvert at heart who likes my quiet time and also enjoys sharing deep, sacred space with people

Muddassir is a life and business coach. He is also an addiction mentor and coach. He brings with him 10000 hours and over a decade of being a L&D consultant, coach & leadership facilitator in the banking and financial sector training, coaching & mentoring young to seasoned leaders in C-Suite leadership roles across the globe for a leading MNC bank.

He has many coaching credentials including Brain-based coaching certification (recognised by ICF), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Team Coaching and Neurolinguistic programming trainers trainer certification. He has over 1500 hours of coaching experience and as a firm - The Little Giants - has coached people over 250 clients from all continents except Antartica.
