Hi, I'm Mona. As a certified NLP life coach, I offer personalized coaching sessions. I strive to tailor the sessions to your unique goals and aspirations. I approach my clients with the principles of NLP, a powerful methodology that explores the relationship between language, behaviour and the mind.

In my personal space, I am also a Dentist and a mother of 3 children, living in Riyadh. I have a deep interest for nature and in my spare time, I also love expanding my knowledge of the Quran, with special attention to Arabic grammar. Hence, where the client prefers, I love to combine my NLP experience with the Quranic teachings, to create a more lasting change.

Through targeted NLP techniques and exercises, I empower clients to reframe their perspectives, bust self-imposed limitations, and harness the power of their subconscious mind to overcome their unique situations.
