My name is Mona Elhadidy.
In pursuit of my passion for improving people’s quality of life, I started my coaching journey in 2017.I am Certified Professional Coach from International Coaching Federation (ICF), with accreditation in Relationship coaching and Positive psychology coaching.

I am also positive discipline Parenting Educator from positive discipline ASSOCIATION/USA AND Cognitive behavior therapy practitioner The Egyptian Association for Cognitive and Behavior Therapy (EACBT).

Through my journey, I have helped a lot of women to empower themselves, deal with stress, improve their relationships, manage their difficult emotions and have a positive mindset.
