About Me
My life has never been ordinary, it has always been full of events and changes. I consider every hardship as a gift that has helped improve my thoughts and my view of life and people. I am still learning as long as I breathe.
Since my childhood, I have loved innovation and change starting from my clothes and style to the color of my room and furniture in my house. But over the years, I have discovered that we can also change our thoughts, beliefs, and habits.
Despite studying information technology and working in different fields, my dream has always been to help women in a non-traditional way. The biggest dream that has not yet been realized is a place for women to have their own world for relaxation, enjoyment, and self-care physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I have indeed studied various certificates, but with one goal in mind, which is to prepare a special program for women to help them live a better life, develop healthy habits to replace unhealthy habits, and take care of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.
As a mom of five kids, I’m enthusiastic about introducing yoga to the kids. Because creativity is important in my life, I’ve combined yoga, stories, and activities in my classes with the kids. I enjoy using storytelling as a way to teach them about values and a positive attitude.
We are drawing up a plan of priorities and objectives together and working on it through:
