Salam alaikum. I am a qualified Muslim Person Centred Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked with both men and women from various different backgrounds. I offer 1:1 counselling for individuals who may be going through a difficult and challenging time. I also have a special interest working with mothers to help them navigate the challenges of motherhood. I also offer walk and talk therapy which gives clients the opportunity to experience counselling with nature to help with loneliness and isolation.

If you are looking for a counselling who is non judgmental and compassionate, who will challenge you and walk alongside you through your difficulties then I believe I would be the right therapist for you. I like to give my clients full autonomy and encourage them to be as open and honest with me even if that means them telling me I may not be the right person for them. I believe in open and honesty and a willingness to want to make a change. If that is you then I think we would be a right fit for each other. I have experience in dealing with Gender Dysphoria.
