Salaam aleikum,
I am Lalla Cissé, teacher for teens (12 - 18 years old) and mentor for muslim women who want to heal from the trials they have endured in life. I am also an NLP practitioner and an emotional health coach. I hold a Bachelor degree in Business communication and languages.
I coach women in different languages (English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Senegalese) alhamdullilah.
As as a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful children I know how hard life can be sometimes. I have experienced widowhood for years. I had to learn how to cope mentally, emotionally and financially with all the challenges on my way.
Once I figured it all out, I realized that I was not the only one struggling in life. In those 'dark' moments only faith and hope made me strong. And I have also realized that people were not always around to stand by me.
My mission was born!
Now I help other women to heal and overcome all mentally and emotionally.
Going from gaining self-confidence, dealing with grief and loss, overcoming depression, handling anxiety and finding your life purpose.

We turn around the limiting beliefs so you can reach your potential, challenge your behaviour patterns. Here I assist you with reaching fearlessly your dreams and we work proactively towards your goals.
- Group coaching "Soul Empowered Sisters Academy"
Based on a supportive sisterhood with powerful motivation, we break down invisble barriers so you can step into the version of you to achieve self-belief, boost of tawakul and centering self-care. It is a 8 week intensive soujourney.

9 January 2023 at 5:52 amIf you look for someone, who is all ear and has full focus on you, then it is definitly Lalla! She has the positive approach to ones obstacles, mindset and sorrows. After having two sessions with her, I could feel the positive changing in my mindset and daily life approach. Obstacles became a challenge! Sorrows transformed into solutions. And positive mindset, to thank all the events we face in life, gave me new breathing. Got back confidence in myself, to move on in daily life aswell work.

10 January 2023 at 7:52 amEen op een coaching: ik was zeer benieuwd hoe het zou verlopen maar zeer verbaasd geraakt hoe snel de impact van een aantal sessie verlopen was. Lalla is zeer begripvol, doelgericht en empathisch. Door haar te boeken heb ik mezelf beter leren kennen en weet ik wat ik eigenlijk wil. Zz stelt de juiste vragen. Ik raad haar zeker aan !! En wie weet tot gauw weer lalla 🙂
