Hi, my name is Khawla Sallal. Our bodies are a gift from Allah & we will be asked about it in Akherah. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have helped & taught other Muslims all over the world changing their lives (online by creating a free educative content on social media & offline here in my country as a medical event sensibilization speaker). I teach about the proper nutrition & food that should be given to our bodies to stay strong & healthy as we grow old so we can worship Allah and manage our daily activities away from all diseases!
I'm also a Nutritherapeut & a Naturopath which means even if by Allah's will you have any disorder: mental (anorexia. bulimia) or physical: (Obesity, Diabetes, Hypercholesterolemia, HTA, PCOS, Cancer, IBS, Anemia. Autoimmune diseases). We can treat that step by step together in coaching sessions with me.
My journey started in 2020 after graduating from college it was during the Covid pandemic I started taking massive online courses & developing new skills working on freelance & making content which helped me strengthen my self-confidence, so I created my own online business & team in 2022 (a doctor. a psychologist. a fitness coach).
