Becoming a certified fitness nutritionist revealed my passion goes beyond dietary advice. It's about understanding the root causes behind struggles with food and weight. This led me to pursue psychology courses, blending them seamlessly with life coaching to empower individuals, fostering confidence, and unlocking potential.
