Heidi Elmaarouf

Hi, my name is Heidi. With a career spanning over three decades as a critical care nurse and medical professional, I have made an impact in healthcare across diverse locations, including the USA, UAE, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda.

In the late 1990s, I dedicated myself to working closely with refugees from Bosnia and Kosovo. This experience profoundly shaped my perspective on the importance of holistic well-being and resilience in the face of adversity.

In 2010, my journey took a transformative turn when I became a Reiki Practitioner, unlocking the limitless potential of self-healing and the profound connection between our mind and our body.

To compliment this holistic approach, I pursued training in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), supplying me with the tools to provide comprehensive support and guidance to those seeking self-discovery, growth and positive change.

I wholeheartedly believe that purpose and passion are the driving forces that empower individuals to make life-altering decisions, leading to a life filled with tranquility and boundless joy.

Reiki Healing: I offer reiki healing, a gentle and effective practice that replenishes vital energy, rejuvenates the body, and achieves profound inner peace. This practice harmonizes and restores the body's equilibrium, relieving stress, enhancing emotional well-being, and accelerating healing.
