I am a certified Consultant Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I am trained to treat people who have psychological distress. I try to be a part of clients healing journey with the aim of facilitating changes and helping them to eradicate the hindrances they have for their personal development.I prefer to use eclectic methodology to provide treatment because I personally find it more effective.

I have done Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Clinical Psychology. I then did a Diploma in Community Mental Health (DIPCMH). I amtrained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy(DBT). I am currently working as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at The Therapy Room, India. I also Freelance for various online platforms who provide mental health services. I deal with clients experiencing all sorts of mental health distress and disorders as well as daily life issues including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Relationship Issues, Break ups, Grief, Phobias, Eat and Sleep related Issues, personality disorders , addiction, sexual disorders, and Postpartum depression.I also provide counselling and psycho-education to the patients and their family members who are dealing with mental health disorders.

I know it's hard and takes a lot of courage to seek professional help for your psychological distress but trust me it is worth taking a step forward and standing up for yourself!
