From a very young age, I was drawn to understanding the human mind and how it intertwines with various cultural perspectives. I decided to study psychology and I minored in E-Health. E-health is a minor that focusses on online mental health. My work has allowed me the privilege of serving as a mental health worker for young individuals, a role that has deeply enriched my understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented during these formative years. Through this experience, I have cultivated an approach that prioritises individualised care, seeking to understand each person's unique narrative and experiences within the context of their cultural background.
As a coach, I have had the honour of empowering numerous women, aiding them in their journey of self-discovery, goal achievement, and healing. I firmly believe that by integrating psychological principles with technology and E-Health, we can achieve a more holistic approach to mental wellness, making therapeutic interventions more accessible and tailored to individual needs.
