My career experience is 21 years in a Multinational Company, ASTRA GROUP. Started his career in Sales and Marketing and currently serves as Vice President in the Business Retention Division and as Head of the Support and Development Department (People, Product, Channeling and Sharia Haji). I really like People Development, especially those related to Coaching, Mentoring and Training. In the last 3 years, there have been many activities providing training, coaching, mentoring and hypnotherapy to leaders, employees, families and business owners. The clients handled are personal (from various countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Singapore, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Medina and London). there are also corporate (BUMN and Private Companies).
