My name is Fatema, I work as a life Coach; my mission and passion in life is to help my clients achieve their goals and develop their lives. I would love to share with you the details of my journey so that you can get to know me more: "Fatema is a wife, mother, and grandmother who graduated from Faculty of Arts, English Department and began her practical life as an English Instructor in her university for 16 years. She had gone through many life experiences and crossed a lot of life difficulties and challenges but what hindered her life the most and delayed her in making decisions was her unconscious embracing of victim mentality, but she didn’t realize this until she found the term and understood the meaning of it, at that time she decided to find her way and take responsibility for her life, and this was the turning point in her life; and she began the journey of research and knowledge ,first by taking a diploma in mental health, then she joined an Islamic academy teaching parenting by adapting psychology and NLP on Islamic basis. As she went on in her learning journey, her awareness was growing; she wanted to know herself more, so she studied coaching in a school accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
The study of coaching influenced her life greatly and contributed to the development and maturity of her personality to a greater extent. After that she has got workshops in trauma treatment and psychodrama. Moreover, she has got a diploma in family and marriage counseling. She is also a certified associate trainer from IBCT Mena, and a certified unique trainer (TOT).” What helped me move forward on the path of development and the journey of awareness was an Aya in Surat Al-Nahal: “ Verily, Ibrahim (Abraham) was an Ummah “(a leader having all the good righteous qualities), or a nation, obedient to Allah,” Hanifa “(i.e. to worship none but Allah),” and he was not one of those who were Al-Mushrikun “(polytheists, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, and .those who joined partners with Allah), I have got the inspiration from this Aya even in my work because when you believe in the unlimited capabilities of what one man can do, then you can deliver the power of your beliefs to others .So, I am waiting you not to answer your questions but to explore your answers and examine your available choices.
I have:
Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide support and encouragement.
Strong understanding of coaching principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Proficient in using technology platforms for coaching sessions, such as video conferencing and online collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with clients on an emotional and intellectual level.
A commitment to ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training programs and conferences related to life coaching.
