I am Farhat Sayed. A counsellor, life coach, master soft skills trainer, parenting coach, public speaker, change leader and an upcoming author. I am a psychology graduate and a mental health enthusiast. A mom of 2 daughters and a proud muslim entrepreneur.

I was diagnosed with clinical depression, was on medication, and was almost on the verge of giving up.
