About Me
Assalam alaykum I'm a mum of 3 lovelies and I'm a Holistic functional nutritionist who's passionate about using food as medicine to empower women to eat mindfully, live consciuously and love passionately.
My first degree is in Agriculture and second degree in Nutrition and I use these to empower women to grow/ choose organic food for their healing and guide them to choosing the right kind of food for their wellbeing.
I got very interested in Nutrition for healing autoimmune diseases when I got tired of being fed antibiotics for my 25 year long battle with Eczema, because I had reached my breaking point. I had just given birth to my first child in a foreign country while studying and all the stress piled up to give me the worst breakout ever. Long story short I researched food as medicine and practiced meditation, exercise and the use of healing oils.
Now I am a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, a Nutrition Consultant ad well as a cognitive behavioural therapy coach. We are our thoughts plus what we eat.!
Allah has amazing healing He has placed in everything he created, including you. We all have the power to heal ourselves naturally and I help you find what works for you and empower you through out your healing journey.
Since all diseases start from the gut, I always start from there.
In General I have a 6 month program where 3 months is intensive for all the changes that need to be made to your diet, emotions, feelings and mindset. and the next 3 months is for monitoring you to see how you're doing+ extra support, and you have the rest of the year to fall in love with you and what you've learnt about yourself.

Focus Area
I specialise in autoimmune diseases, hormonal imbalances and emotional eating.
As a functional Nutritionist I'd like to see it from the angle of you... how unique your condition is to you. It has to be deeply personal, you have to come to terms with what your body is telling you and then work with that. You may have genetic influences, you may also have trauma or triggers that make you prone to autoimmune diseases, hormonal imbalances, even emotional eating. very unique to you . We call it antecedents, triggers and mediators in functional medicine/nutrition. We will delve deep into what triggers you.
