About Me
Confidentiality and creating a safe space for the client are very important to me and when working with a client, its about healing but also moving forward.
I have always loved reaching out to people and wanted to do it in a healthy way. I have acquired my diploma in integrative psychology from Therapy Works which is accredited by CPCAB UK and a practitioner's degree in CBT from Achology to enhance my skills. Since i'm most interested in trauma, I have done a 10 month certificate course by Bassel Van der Kolk from the Trauma Research Centre USA along with a 6 month course from Hara Therapy which includes trauma, body work , IFS, somatic healing.
I'm currently working at Wajah in Pakistan and take in person clients but I also offer online sessions to reach out to people who are looking to heal and move forward.
