Fadima Aden

My name is Fadima Aden, I have a Bachelor of Social Science (Youth Work), Masters of Personal Training, and Certificate 3 in Children Services. I am also qualified as a Boxing, Taekwondo, Group fitness, and Boot-camp instructor.

I have been in the fitness industry since I was 13 years old, currently holding a 4th Dan Black belt in Taekwondo. I am a Taekwondo fighter and have achieved- The Australian National Champion, State Gold medallist, and numerous state Silver and bronze medals. I had the opportunity to travel to the UK for 2 years and in that time I was fortunate to train with the British National team. In my time in the UK I worked as a personal trainer and as a result I was recognized as the ‘Personal Trainer of the Region’.

Ultimate Female Fitness was established in 2019 to inspire towards enhancing the well-being of its female community; by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, and resources to assist to create the ULTIMATE FEMALE!

The ultimate Female fitness team is driven by the passion to help you succeed. For us this is more than just an online training program, we sincerely want to bring the community and excitement of boutique fitness into the home whiles helping you create lasting changes in your life.
